The Sustainability at Humane group was started by my friend and colleague Pierluigi Dalla Rosa and myself back in October 2023. We started this group with the intention of bringing light and enacting upon matters that are indispensable across industries, especially in those that manufacture goods such as consumer electronics.

We address issues from two perspectives:
Company Focus: Exploring how our company can take mindful actions to improve the lifecycle of our product and our internal processes.
Individual Focus: Encouraging personal contributions toward fostering a less wasteful and more caring lifestyle.
An important part of our group dynamics resides in the power of community, which is why we welcome and encourage everyone to participate by hosting ideation sessions and prompting participants in our Slack channel to disclose topics or activities they would like to be brought up. Making sure everyone is heard and valued is one of the pillars of our group, as it takes a diverse army of individuals to tackle such massive issues derived from numerous smaller actions. In doing so, we hope more people join this movement and make the right decisions not only for themselves, but also for their community and our planet.
